Quaint little shop feels like you're teleporting back in time. I received excellent service from Edwin. I brought an antique watch I inherited from my aunt. The faceplate had fallen off and I had somehow lost the seconds hand. Edwin fixed everything up quickly--reattached the faceplate and replaced the seconds hand with a spare part he had on hand. He also spoke with me at length about the value of my watch. He explained that it was an extremely valuable collector's item. I was totally oblivious. He took the time to explain the steps and precautions I should take to properly care for the watch. Edwin speaks fluent Spanish and even some Portuguese if needed. Overall, a great experience. I would go back without hesitation.

I first spotted this little shop while I was waiting for friends at Thomas Sweet across the street. I went in to Swiss Watch Works because there was a fold on the leather strap band of my watch that folded out. It was only an aesthetic issue. Functionally, it was fine. I rang the doorbell at the shop, and Edwin came downstairs to help me. I explained the situation, gave him my watch, and he went back upstairs to try to repair it, explaining carefully to me that there were no guarantees that he could fix it. Not even 5 minutes later, he comes down and tells me that the glue holds! My watch strap looked good as new. The best part was that Edwin didn't even accept any form of payment as the repair was relatively easy for him to do. Bring your watch here for repairs - you get great personal customer service, as well as an awesome person to chat with.

Excellent repair shop but they're no longer there. Heard they moved but can't find out where.

Immediately fixed my watch. Replaced band and battery within minutes and was on my out the door before my lunch break even ended.
