July 2017 This past week, I was directed to see Dr. Joseph Tarantolo prior to a medical procedure. Quite frankly I had never been to a psychologist before and I found the entire visit interesting and very enlightening. Dr. Tarantolo's questions started with information gathering as one might suspect and then, from my point of view, moved into uncharted territory once he passed, 'Why was the procedure necessary?' and 'How did I feel about it?' He designed a number of questions that laid out for him what seemed to be some feelings on my part that stemmed back to events in my life that led to the condition that precipitated the procedure and therefore the procedure itself and my desired outcome. Should I ever find myself in need of counseling, I feel that Dr. Tarantolo is a man that I can trust and therefore help me find resolution of whatever issues I might be facing. I sense that he is a man of honor and integrity. I also feel that Dr. Joseph Tarantolo is a man that you can have confidence in. Sincerely, K Charboneau Washington DC
