If only zero stars were an option... They are apparently not credentialed to actually treat/trap for rodents around your home; this is DC, that is almost definitely a part of why you’re calling. They do not keep appointments and may or may not even alert you when they change them. There’s a million options for every type of everything in this city, you’ll be happy you chose someone else.

I have had terminix for the past few years. First time they were great and when we moved i started a new service at my new house. First experience was great however at the new house we had an issue with ants. Spoke with a representative and was informed that they would send a tech out to treat the interior and exterior of the home and i should see a decline in the amount of ants within 2-3 weeks. Tech (supposedly) came out and treated exterior only. My wife was home all day and didnt see anyone. I called to have him come back out to treat the interior and they told me it would be a week. I said thats not going to work and that i wanted to cancel my contract. The woman convinced me to let them resolve the issue and i waited a week for the tech to come back out. He came out and treated the interior. It has now been over a month and ive seen no decline in the amount of ants. I literally have trails of them going up the side of my house. I just called to cancel and get a refund and they told me they would cancel but not issue any refund because they rendered service. Right on their website there is a 100% money back guarantee. I will not be returning to terminx after this
I was scheduled for an appointment today between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and no technician I took off leave without pay not happy
They Do not do what their paid to do, their LAZY and inconsistent.
My family absolutely loves Terminix. We have used them for years and taken them with us on every move or relocation. Their techs are the best.
