Bad experience with the lady who works in the office named Valentina Navarro! First time I met her at the building for a tour, she gave me other prices than what I saw online on the Asbury website!! Plus I’ve confirmed a day before the price with Jessica! Then I said that’s fine because of the location! The price I was told first time from Jessica is 1080 for a studio and Valentina said is 1324. After 2 days Valentina called me to meet her at the office to file the application and I had to bring 350 for reservation fee, when I was on my way to get everything done, she texted me saying the studio that I want was rented earlier in before 9am to someone else!! She is not professional at all, she doesn’t know how to take her responsability and do her job!!
