Delicious meals and festive drinks. Staff was very friendly. Made an online reservation and let them know we were celebrating an anniversary, they had a table with confetti waiting when we arrived. They have a separate gluten free menu if you ask. Wonderful experience.

I really enjoyed a night out with two friends at this location. From beginning to end, the staff treated us great. On my way to the restaurant, I called ahead and asked if it were possible for us to get a booth and the host said he would try to make that possible for us and he did! Usually restaurants want most of your party or your entire party present to seat you but the host sat me immediately even though my friends were running a little behind. Our waiter was very attentive and thorough. When I asked him about one of the steaks, he gave me a very nice description of the steak and influenced me to get it. I really enjoyed the steak! He visited our table frequently to refill our glasses and when my one of my friends ordered a desert she ended up not liking (one off the restaurant week menu), he offered to get her the other desert option. Also, another staff member, a man who I assumed to be a manager, was great! His name was Doug and he visited our table frequently just to converse with us. I definitely felt like I was right at home. I don’t mind if staff are extra conversational or not, but I will say that Doug’s presence contributed to us having a good time. This was the first we all had tried food from The Capital Grille and we all agreed the food and service was good and we’d come again.

Delicious food. Outdoor dining was the only option at the time due to covid restrictions but they tried their best to keep us warm on the cool evening.

Some of the best food and drinks in DC! The prosciutto bacon wrapped mozzarella was to die for. We also participated in The Generous Pour which is basically a wine tasting with seven full glasses of wine. Go slow!

Really poor service. Waited 15 minutes for a really simple order and ended up having to leave without it so I didn’t miss my train. My advice: go to ANY other place in the food court. There are plenty to choose from.
