After speaking with about 6 other Attorneys about helping me navigate through the Merit Systems Protection Board appeals process. All the attorneys said “sure we can fight for you, you will be out about 50,000-60,000.” I never felt comfortable. However, Mr. Jeffrey was the last attorney I was scheduled to speak with.
