Incompetence from start to finish. Scheduled a measurement from 8-10AM on a workday. No show. No call. No follow up. Just two hours of my time wasted. I had to call corporate line where I was “helped” by a gentleman who offered little-to-no apology. Verbatim quote - “Yeah, so, I called the store and they said there was, a uh, issue that uh, came up. Sorry.” Shade Store? More like...Nothing Store.
Wow - I am simply at a loss for words about how I feel about my installation (3 months in!). Will provide more details later. My advice, stay away from this train wreck! Unless you have a strong legal team, I would suggest you avoid these people
We walked in impulsively and really amazed at the beautiful quality of this store's materials - blinds, shades, drapes and other window materials. Best of all was the fantastic and friendly employees. They gave us all the info we needed to plan making our home beautiful including help with deciding if motorized drapes are the right choice or not.
