I’m giving this positive review for the responsive and helpfulness of Jeremy. I’ve decided to go with built-ins for a space as opposed to the sliding glass doors; however, Jeremy was very kind and helpful. He was quick to understand my project and provide me with a quote. I have no doubt the project would have been in great hands if we had decided to go this route.

The customer service of Alex and Eric is phenomenal. I've had my doors for over 10 years and needed a replacement part. I called Alex today at the DC store and within hours he asked Eric to contact me. So, within hours my problem is solved. It's so rare to see this amazing response.
