The price for our suitcases was high, but they gave us a bag free and gave us a 30 minute buffer for free. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. Although the only option, unless you are renting a bicycle, allows them to charge quite a bit. Bags were in same shape as when we left them and the cash that I left in one pocket was undisturbed. So I was pleased. My guess for the rudeness is get the tall guy, not the lady.

Absolutely fine! It was safe, efficient and not too expensive. Not the best customer service, but does exactly what you need ( nice 15 min grace period too)
I thought this place was expensive! But what do you do when it's the only place to store your luggage so that you can go see the sights in DC... luckley everything you need to see on DC is free. Customer service was okay, and I was happy to know that my luggage was in a safe area while I was out exploring the city.
this place was fine for what it is. these are not lockers. they store your items on shelves in the back. do the math. just buy the 5 hr price for the size of your item. customer service was fine and friendly!

I was needing information for bag storage and the lady at the counter was very rude saying she was not the information desk and when I explained what I would need she said in a very dismissive tone she'd need to see the bags after I explained they were all airplane carry on aize. I am not going to pay a rather expensive service given such initial customer service.
Awful! Our luggage has been badly treated. We have seen how the bag containing the Laptop and iPad has fell from one of the employees hands to the roof. The services is shamelessly pricey so we thought that at least it would be good. Find somewhere else to store your luggage!
Staff was professional and the service affordable,. They also give pretty good recommendations about where to eat in Union Station!
