Is there an option for zero stars? I went to park (the lot was practically empty) and then went to the attendant to pay - I pulled out my credit card and he pointed to a hand written sign - cash only, right above the credit card song on the window. He said their electricity was cut off so cash only. I asked if I could walk to the atm across the street and he shrugged and said up to you...my job is to put 325 tickets on anyone who walks away without a card in their window. Unbelievable.
