The problem with Unity in general is they make it extremely difficult to get in touch with your doctor. If you miss a call you have to go through another long drawn out process to get in touch with them again. Also their pharmacies are closed Sundays. When I tried to reach an on-call physician the mailbox was full and I never received a single call back. Your pharmacy never contacted me about my rx, is closed two days in a row, and I can't even reach a single doctor to transfer my rx to somewhere that's open. Boo.
