Absolute worst customer experience I ever received. I was screamed at on the phone for inquiring about the enforcement of a reserved parking permit. The organization's system fails at basic customer respect for residents of this city.

Worst government entity in Washington DC (hard to believe compared to how bad so much of District Government is.) Parking enforcement officers lack the courage to ticket drivers who are parked in bicycle lanes.
