We had Allen come out to our house to see if waterproofing would aid in preventing mold issues after a recent remediation. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He helped us in determining the source of our issue, something that plumbers hadn’t been able to diagnose and simply blamed on “ground water issues”. The willingness to help beyond expectations and expertise exhibited by Allen has ensured that my husband and I will go to them for any waterproofing needs in the future and refer them to anyone we encounter needing these services. This is a quality company that cares about their clients for sure.

George came in and I was ready to spend a fortune. He inspected the issues we were having and gave us a simple and inexpensive solution. Very nice, on time, and communicative!
We are very pleased with the work that Worldwide provided on our basement. We had noticed a smell in one corner of the basement but there was so many items in that area we had no idea water was actually accumulating in the carpet. Mike came out and pulled back the boxes and totes and noticed the corner had been taking water for some time as there was evidence of mildew that need to be treated. We were insisting on getting multiple quotes, but after our visit with Mike we felt very comfortable that we were going to be taken well care of. We are happy we made that decision and chose this company to do the work. We were most impressed with the follow up from the office and staff. We received multiple thank you emails for choosing them and checking on us. They asked us to provide some feedback online to express how we feel about the company and our experience. We give this company a 5 star rating for all areas of service from the initial call, to the salesperson and the team of hard working men who did the work and the follow up from the nice girls in the office. We hope to not need the water services ever again but would be happy to share their information to others with a similar problem. I'm a new homeowner and was freaking out when my basement laundry room flooded. Bill from Worldwide came and quickly found the problem with my existing waterproofing system, all within the span of 10 minutes. He educated me on how the system worked in simple terms for a non-mechanical mind like mine. Definitely will be using them if I ever have to.
