Zog Sports has been appalling during this covid-19 response. I was signed up for a league to start in April which naturally got cancelled. I had already paid and asked to get my money reimbursed. First, Kendra said that the money would be reimbursed in a year!!!! if unable to use the credit by April 2021. Now, Nick Cruit who is responding that for no extenuating circumstances (even with moving outside the metropolitan area where they conduct intramurals) do they offer a refund. This company has terrible customer service and is looking to be sued. Because that is what is going to happen if they continue to take people's money without refund. I've never offered a formal review before today but I felt that people deserve to know this!

Kendra and the ZogSports team have been very cooperative and easy to work with for my co-ed, competitive level team. They accommodate are requests regarding scheduling and go out of their way to make sure the league runs smoothly. We have been playing for a couple of years straight now because the other teams and referees always show up. We also appreciate that we can give back to a charity in the community.
I really enjoy playing on Zog leagues. I have tried beach volleyball during the summer, indoor soccer during the winter, but my main throughout the year is the Friday soccer league at stead park. The quality of the tournament has only increased since I started playing and even-though is a recreational league, there's a fun competitive experience on every game. I really gotta give it to their team! They are always super receptive for feedback given, and they seem to always be looking for ways to improve their services.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY! STOLE MY MONEY!!!! ZogSports specifically as a refund policy stated on their payment confirmation emails that any player can be FULLY refunded TWO WEEKS prior to the start of league/event. The league I signed up for is much further out than two weeks and the \best\ zogsports can do for me is offer me credit or make me wait 12 months to get my refund back.... This is 100% unacceptable and a clear violation of their refund policy. I am in an email conversation with a NICK CRUIT who has been extremely unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this entire process. He has completely ignored ZogSports' refund policy and its unacceptable. I will NEVER be signing up for another league with this company and I suggest others do the same... FAR BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE
I went to a ZogSports event recently and wow! Super well-organized, great fields, and awesome staff. Shoutout to Hope Allen for being so welcoming and helping me figure it out!
