Sitting in line at a fast food restaurant and thus huge trash truck with it's backup sound beeping nearly backed into me within inches, I told the person taking my order what had happened and it seemed the driver did it deliberately, he saw me and kept going backwards. This ain't cool.

As a contractor I have tried to count on Waste Management several times for drop off dumpsters for my jobs. This last time was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I needed a dumpster removed (supposed to be a 4 day dumpster drop off) and it took them a week and a half to come and get it. Their excuse was that they came on a saturday (the business was closed) but never notified anyone that they would be coming. This was NOT the scheduled pickup day. Throughout the week and a half I called multiple times asking (nearly begging) for them to pick it up. Each time they said they would in a few days, but then would never show. TERRIBLE customer service from Ray and Courtney. Will sub out different trash company from now on and pay a higher price. It will be worth it.
WM missed my green yard stuff pick up again. When I contact them last time they say it will be picked up next day, then next day etc until the next week pick up. Santa Ana should put this service out to bid and get a service oriented vendor.
As I am writing this review, I am using two phones in order to try to contact the WM company for some furniture removal. It is ridiculous that I have to use two phones to contact WM because the call is constantly being dropped OR the automated speaker is telling me that due to whatever the reason is, my call cannot be completed OR there is a constant busy tone. I should not have to use two phones to contact a company that serves the city of Santa Ana.
I called to transfer services to my name as a new tenant in santa ana, the guy who answered the phone was very slow, and had terrible customer service. He seemed annoyed at the fact that I called or something. He seemed frustrated when he had to repeat anything and had me waiting for a long time just listening to him typing or chewing to eventually say is that it? He didn't say ok your all set or anything of that sort. I just heard him typing and thought he was still putting in my info. It felt so awkward. Idk but I've never had service like this before. Terrible customer service, I would put zero stars if I could.
