Great customer service, I had to a short time but that's expected. My service person was Jacob and he was great, I asked him a lot of questions and he didn't try to BS me or up sell me. Over all excellent experience.

Very clean store that's well set up and easy to navigate. Super Covid-19 friendly and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They have curbside pickup and if you need to go in, there's a gentleman who opens the door so you don't have to touch anything.

Verizon used to be great customer service. When i bought my phone in April they would not help me set it up real quick. Told they don't do that anymore. Well I had issue with my phone Saturday. I went today they told me we don't fix phones here just sell them. I went to different location and got help i needed. I will never be back to Watauga location.

I love Verizon. The customer service guy looked like her was put out. It was close to closing time and he was rushing me, kept looking at his watch. So I didn't feel welcomed.
