absolutely horrendous! i brought a watch just to change a battery. she ended up making modifications to the watch that i did not ask for replacing parts that did not match. overcharged me and the prior water resistant watch breaks anytime it rains. terrible terrible terrible hardly speaks any english understandable AVOID AT ALL COST

Would give it five stars but I got there at 10 & she wasn't there. Laundromat says she doesn't get in until 1 lol. Went back & 7 dollars later my search is ticking like new!
Instant service with affordable price. She is a nice lady and the service is as good as you might expect.
TERRIBLE. FORGOT TO INCLUDE THAT SHE POSTED TO SELL THE WATCH and did not tell me and charged me more than the post.
Affordable and fast. The screws in my watch are stripped and I've been rejected for battery replacements by other shops. Not here. Recommended.
