I went in to get a few watch batteries replaced (they weren't the fanciest of watches). The employee was very quick to help me, got the batteries swapped out within 10 minutes, and the store was very clean and well organized. Great place to run in for any of your little fixes.

Literally the fastest service I've had for anything in my life. The gentleman who runs the store is very no nonsense and straight to the point. His estimates are free and his shop is cozy.
I went in with three different watches, one that I truly luv..my baby. Another one that I like the color and another one that I thought was a knockoff. He fixed my baby and got the second one up and running. I found out the knockoff was actually real but would take more money than I felt like spending that day. Great customer service, he had them completed in a timely manner when he said that he would. Everything was reasonably priced. Great customer service. Nothing more that you could ask for. I will be going back to get the other one fixed. Drops the mic..........
My wife found this small business online. She had an old retirement watch from her dad when he passed a while back. She wanted to give it our son to remember his grandfather. It was sitting in a jewel box for years but was not working at all. We took it to Eric at watch repair central. He looked it over. He gave us a best and worse situation. He had it for a week. We needed all new works and a battery of course. He cleaned it up. It looks great. A new tradition to pass on. We lost Robinson Jewelers in our neighborhood when they closed. Eric gives the warmth and care a small business should. I reccomend Watch Repair Central. Thanks Eric
I was impressed by Eric's professionalism and his attention to the watches I brought to him. Several were inexpensive, downright cheap, but I like them and wanted them to work. Eric explained what he could do and when the would be ready - next day! Wow. Highly recommend this guy and his business.
