I went there to return a shower caddy that did not fit. There were a bunch of other things that I bought from a different BBB. On that day their computer system was slow, even the scanners were not working .It was taking very long to return 3 items, over 12 minutes (no queue, just me). Each scan was taking more than three minutes. And the scanner had to be rested between scans. I was frustrated (first world problems). But the person in the counter was polite, patient and courteous. How do they master this zen like mindset, wish I had it.
