First time here and they blew me away with their great customer service. Love how the water taste. Found my water store.

self serve is .40 a gallon and the water pressure was so high it sprayed everywhere until I lined it up; and it continued to spay hard, leaving me with approx. 3/4 gallon. Pathetic!
If I could give less than one star I would. My daughter and I went in to buy shaved ice and there were bugs in out cups from the syrups. The syrups were old my fiancé felt sick after he ate some of his shaved ice. The store is very dusty. The ice cream looked old, melted and refrozen. The server was very impatient. Will not be coming back to this store.
the staff is super nice and they keep the place clean and safe during these hard times.
I love this Water & Ice, been comin here for years. They had an awesome sale a while back where if you bought so many gallons in advance, it was like 20 cents a gallon. I still have over 400 gallons left. It's absolutely delicious & refreshing water as well! Andy who I believe is the owner is a really nice guy & actually asks if I need help getting my 3 giant bottles out! So kind. They have all kinds of candy, ice cream, drinks & they sell stylish water dispensers. There is also a refill window outside the store so if you just want water or only have 1 or 2 small jugs to fill, you don't even have to go inside. I definitely recommend this Water & Ice!
