I’m writing this in appreciation for Amber. We have lived in our apartment here almost four years. She is never too busy and she makes even the smallest problems a priority. The property has improved tremendously from the first year we moved in. Proud to say we call Casa Rio our home. BTW Love the new paint on the apartment Casa Rio Apartments. Should bring in more potential tenants. Amber your help making my daughter's move back to Texas easy and convenient for move in when they arrive.
You get what you pay for. The bedrooms are fine however the kitchens and bathrooms are in need or upgrades the cabinetry is coated with paint to cover the years and years of wear and the drawers are lose and don’t even come out right. Upon moving in there were dead bugs everywhere once we deep cleaned it was fine. The bathtubs are grimy which I deep cleaned to make better. The laminate floors were poorly done and debri and water gets underneath and parts are coming up. It’s fine for living in however not fine for having guest over and making a home out of. Short term lease to save for a better place is recommended. But I would pay a couple 100 a moth for a cleaner and upgraded place for sure.
Casa Rio is a great place. Moving in was quick and easy for us and I am very happy with our experience so far! Excited to see what our future holds for us here
Writing this about amber in management she gave me a spacious home at an affordable rate and any issue if at all I have had been more than taken care of great place to live. Would recommend to all family and friends
