Horrible Customer Service, not even worth the 1 star.. Not willing to help even through a pandemic. Shame on your staff, it’s -10 stars

The water department staff is not helpful at all. My water bill for a 2 bedroom condo kept going up and up. One month is was over 400 dollars. all the while it kept going up I called in and complained. the complaints went on death ears. i did everything they suggested to see if there was a leak. after the bill went to 400 the following month it went back down. I called and was told i must have had a plumber come out and fix it. I didn't they offered no explanation as to why my bill went from 400 back down to 100. The 2nd incident was i paid my bill before the service was turned off the next day the service was turned off I was informed I had to pay the next month bill as well due to an ordnance by the city and its in the fine print on the back of the bill. no customer service at all. The staff just repeats the same answer over and over. I would rate them less than a star but you are not able to.
water taste like toilet water. Don't take my word for it. Taste for your self. Also service sucks. Try it for your self.
This City Billing for water service is completely unorganized. We work for a property and have multiple residents living in our community, and they are to notify us if there is any account issues due to this being a business account and not a residential account. They disconnected services for an entire complex, when they didn't not even notify the account holders regarding any account issues. Its outrageous. If you have a property in South Daytona, they try to retaliate with every department regarding the city and try to disrupt business. The City of South Daytona is essentially a playground of overpaid under educated children running their mouth to everyone in the city.
The website stinks. If you're going to be closed for the weekends at least try to have a functioning website to get useful information.
