I had a horrible experience, I had a family die from COVID-19, so we had him cremated at this funeral home. The guy in charge was Dan. Dan did a terrible job at communicating, he had no Urn, and even worse, the funeral home gave out my information to a collection agency that the hospital hired (which is illegal, I read the fine print and I never agreed to have my information shared) so my friend received a letter from the collection agency (I put down his address, because I’m currently overseas) its the first and only time I’ve ever borrowed his address so the only way the collection agency could’ve had that address would be if the funeral home gave it to them. This is horrible, they also have my credit card number So I had to change that, I will definitely seek an Attorney to see what can be done, I urge this funeral home to no longer use any of the information that I gave them, they are not to be trusted, take your business elsewhere.
