The artists here are fantastic. I love the freehand artwork, the early morning appointments are always a plus. The atmosphere is extremely friendly, even pet friendly lol. You call, contact via email or social media pages also pay various ways. I have but positive things to say. ️

Almost all my tattoos have been from here. The environment is always so warm and welcoming with the nicest workers I've ever met! I've worked with Nina and Rich but everyone does beautiful work.
Just got a tatoo from Emily .. although it is nice and I like it a lot .. I gave her a pic of exactly what I wanted When I got home after it was done I realized she made it very very simple .. it’s Black ...we agreed on that But no shading in and making this butterfly “pop “ It’s just thin lines... super simple Very little detail Wish it was bolder like the pic I showed her .. or if she wasn’t going to make it like the pic .. perhaps she could have told me ? Rich did one on my arm 1 yr ago I absolutly love It’s big ..very very colorful and he charged me about 150 .. She charged 120 for a very basic tat Diff artist diff prices ?
Great place for a tattoo
So first time here I had an appointment with Emile. Now her work is pretty good. But she has bad customer service skills and a little attitude problem. I came in and she didn't want to look up what tat I asked to get, when I sat down in her chair (not sure if I touched something or what) but she like flipped out yelling and i said sorry..? But she said it wasn't me (assuming yelling at herself..), I put my arm on the arm rest and instead of adjusting the arm rest before hand, she punch the armrest with my arm still on it (she could of hit me), she didn't ask me to move or anything. The tat came out great. I love it. But the attitude and the vibes I got just aren't worth coming back. At the end i said thank you and complimented the tat and her response was "better be, because it'll be there forever". Like i get it but theres no reason for sarcastic remarks toward new customers. Especially yelling and swearing. Oh and also, she did NOT wear a mask. She admitted to having covid. Thats part one. I was looking at another one of their artist flash sheet, decided to make an appointment with him (Rich). I come in to get it and he's not there. Turns out he had a "family emergency". Which I understand that emergencies happen. Family first. But i'v read this places review on google and Rich has other reviews from customers about him not showing up due to emergencies. Then this happened to me. Im not mad. Like honestly its whatever but this shop just Isn't the one. I will not be recommending friends or family here. Also the guy who told me that Rich was out also was NOT wearing a mask. So please take this into consideration. He also did not message me about his emergency, rescheduling or even refunding me on my deposit. I do NOT recommended Rich and/or Blue owl in general.
Pay attention to the bad reviews people don’t make the same mistake I did. Went to this place for the first time ended up making a appointment with Rich gave a 50 deposit appointment was for a Saturday. Time for my app comes around he reschedules for Sunday , Sunday comes around another excuse rescheduled for Tuesday , Tuesday comes around another excuse rescheduled for following Sunday, after which I stopped hearing from him. at this point I know when someone is giving me the run around. I ended up cutting my loses and going with another more professional shop.
Came here for my first tattoo and my artist Emily was so cool and patient. My tattoo came out just the way I wanted, and I know for a fact that I will be coming back!!
