Absolutely fantastic service at Toms foreign. I worked directly with Dean to get a engine for my 2007 Bmw 328xi. After installation I had a issues with my crank case ventilator and internal component to the value cover of the engine. I brought the issue up to dean who went the extra mile to take care of the cost of a new valve cover for my engine. Will definitely be making all my purchases with these guys again.
I ordered the wrong trans on eBay for my Audi, they called me promptly and explained the difference of the 2 and were the absolute nicest people I ever had the pleasure to deal with and gave me a refund and would NOT charge me a relisting fee though I asked them to since it was MY fault! I will be contacted them again when I need a part....thank you thank you thank you Tom’s Foreign Auto!!!!!!
Fantastic experience. Tom's Foreign Auto customer service astounded me. While ordering, they were quick and clear with all the information I needed. They shipped quickly and the engine was exactly as described. They offered a one year warranty, which is something I typically don't buy, but it was relatively inexpensive \insurance\ if something went wrong, so I bought it. About three months after the install, the head gasket failed. Tom's found and sent another engine in just a few days and later sent a check that paid for the installation of the new engine. They were helpful and easy to deal with through all of it. I am amazed. I wish more companies operated like them. Thank you.
