We were outside the concert hall and we noticed there was water available after the show; and so I went up there to get a water because I thought it’d be available. And this white woman, who wore wired oval glasses, short, wore a purple flannel and had pink/purple dyed hair that looked like it needed to be redyed, yelled at me stating it was for the Orchestra people. So, I asked her politely if I could just get one water, and she yelled at me again. I would’ve appreciated it if she was polite about it but she was extremely rude. She treated me like I was going to steal the food, I simply just wanted a water. There was plenty of water there so I don’t understand why she was so rude about it. As I left, she started following me with her annoying white woman walking. So I asked her, “Can you please stop following me?” And she yelled me stating, “I WORK HERE THANK YOU VERY MUCH.” So your job here is treating guests with no respect? It simply killed my mood with her racist attitude towards me and my family, I will never check out this orchestra. You lost a fan who really enjoyed the orchestra and heard so much about them being amazing but I guess that was all just bluffing. You guys need to seriously hire new workers. PS. After they all left back into the auditorium there was plenty of food out there that would’ve gotten throw away.

If people are leaving bad reviews for the Waterbury Symphony, then it's not for the musicians. It's for something else that's not important.
