I highly recommend to anyone NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!! There customer service was the worst i've ever dealt with in my life. A man i spoke with named ERNIE was suppose to be at my house sometime after 3 PM because i worked until 3 that day. When i showed up on my lunch break to my house at 12 PM he was parked out front of my house. That was odd already because he was suppose to be there after 3. Anyways i get out eating my lunch and he still try's to rush me to the back where my filters are like hes got to be somewhere else at that time. I ended up saying can you just come back after 3 like we planned so we have more time and so i can get back to work and he just looked real quick at my filters and said these are not the ones we installed or worked on before so find somebody else and stormed off even though i called the number for this business right off my cover of my filters that's fairly new in the image i put on here too. Can you believe the guy told me his own phone number on the lid of my filtration system wasnt his?!?! Don't use them you've been warned!!!
