My fiance works his a** off here. He gets paid per pallet that he repairs. Because he messed up ONE pallet, they deducted TEN pallets from his pay. The machine that the pallets go on is always breaking down which means he can't do anymore pallets until it gets repaired. Sometimes it takes hours to repair the machine. They make him stay there and wait. Yet he's not getting paid for the time he's there. So he's basically working for free. And on top of that there's a lot of health risks working there because of all the debris in the air and nails that burst, etc. They do not get paid enough. Overall, my opinion is if you're looking for a job, definitely don't work here. You will regret it.
Showed early for 0800 appt and put in a dock right away. Loaded in less than an hour. Have a restroom and possibly able to park overnight.
The lady that runs the shipping is very rude and should not be in a place dealing with customers.... She was too busy watching videos on her phone to even acknowledge I was there and when she did she acted like it was the end of the world just to set her phone down.
Don't bother going here for work, they take there time getting back to you. I have over 15 years on a forklift and was told they would hire me and then get no phone calls and no answer when i call. What a waste of time.
