Tim at the Outboard Exchange is as good as they get. He did a complete motor rebuild for me. Like any major repair they are not always perfect and I had some problems. With just a phone call to Tim he came out to my boat and corrected the problem on the spot. This guy really cares about his customers and the quality of his work. Just can't find repair shops like this one anymore! Great Experience!

Called with an issue they were the only place that called me back. They said bring it in I’ll see if I can do a quick fix. Well 30 minutes later fixed. All other places said 4-5 weeks. This is the second time having them work on my boat. Nothing but praise for them. Will not go anywhere else. Price more then fair for a last minute fix. Thanks

Great Experience! The owner, Tim, kept me informed along the rebuild process sending videos along the way which was very cool…..injector testing, crankshaft assembly, lower unit, etc. And, the motor runs GREAT! Starts right up, idles nice, revs right up to WOT..... These motors are sandblasted, painted, have new stickers, and look brand new. They are closest thing to a factory rebuild IMHO..... For half the price of a new one! I searched the web extensively before committing and there are a lot of shady rebuild companies out there, but I could not find any bad rebuilds by Outboard exchange. They know what they are doing.... I highly recommend Outboard Exchange, so much that I recommended them to my older brother who is having them rebuild his ’96 Evinrude 115hp!
