I have purchased Soft-tex merchandise for several years from different retailers. The quality and longevity of their product is the reason I continue to seek them out. I had major back surgery, so for me comfort is not always easy to achieve but I have thanks to their company. I highly suggest checking out Soft-tex if you are looking for improved quality and comfort in your sleep!

When I purchased my nanotex fabric bed topper I was so excited. I have a bad back and always cold so I figured this product would be perfect. Once I tried cleaning the topper it was a nightmare, the stains became larger and more disgusting.Customer service didn't offer any help however I will never purchase this product again.

I ordered a Sensor Gel mattress topper from Macy's last week and today I got a box from Soft Tex today with a topper. It does not say Sensor Gel on the topper label only Soft Tex. Furthermore the warranty paper say there is a limited warranty but no time period is mentioned. When I called this company today they said it is a 15 year warranty but when I asked where does it say this on the topper or the box and I was told it is not specified. Why is that? This seems like a shabby way to do business. I So far I am not impressed.

Soft-Tex is a great company to work for and also produces the best sleep products. For years prior to starting, I struggled to find the right pillow for me and now that I have a Soft-Tex pillow it has truly been a game changer allowing me to sleep better through the night and toss and turn much less.
