Absolutely wonderful time today with Casey! Took a Discovery Flight in the DA-20 and it was so much fun, very hands on and felt like a real lesson. Was allowed to do the checklists, startup, taxi, and we did turns, climbs, descents, showed me how the flaps work etc. and got to fly at least 75% of the time wile in the air. Will be returning soon to start getting my PPL but if you are looking at flight schools at Oakland County Airport go to this one you will not be disappointed!

Very nice instructor for the discovery flight
Took an introductory flight with Connor. Quite simply one of the best experiences of my life. Definitely caught the bug. 10/10 would recommend. Great people, great planes, great experience.
I recently received my private ticket, and give the thumbs up for Crosswinds! - The aircraft are consistently maintained well. - The ground crew at KPTK is phenomenal, great service at all hours of the day. - The FBO is clean with offices for ground work. - The instructors are friendly, consistent, and helpful. Overall, they may have expensive rentals, but the value for what you get is good! Thanks Crosswinds!
I am a student pilot at Crosswinds Aviation. Comparing this flight school to many others I have been to, this is amazing. The staff and instructors and friendly and always willing to help. The planes are maintained well and they are much newer than any other flight school around. I highly recommend going to this flight school if you are getting your license.
