I just want to say thank you to Katie and the staff. They took the time to explain the types of granites/stone choices and the up keep for each one. Made recommendations regarding the cuts and bevels. They delivered on time and the finished product was better then expected. I was quoted from multiple places and while it was wasnt the cheapest nor most expensive, I did feel like the service and knowledge is what set them apart. Thank you.

They made a beautiful windowsill for us, but when it came to the vanity top, the piece is not level at all. There is a weird curve upward about 85% of the way down the length of the slab. Seeing this everyday is going to annoy me for the next 20 years! We like this place a lot, so we will be calling on Monday to discuss the craftsmanship on this piece. We are still going to use them for the kitchen, in hopes this doesn't happen with the Quartzite we have saved.
Extremely poor customer service! The installation was set for 2pm. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before arriving. They never stated I was set up for first install and that they could show up before 2pm. I called them the day of install and reminded them my husband would not be home until 2pm from his job site. The woman on the phone stated she would call the guys and let them know. They showed up around 11:30am with my contractor there who just finished painting. When I called to discuss their poor customer service and lack of communication with their customers, the woman on the phone was very rude. This just blows my mind. I don’t understand how companies think this is ok and are completely ok with giving below average service to the community they serve. I will never recommend this place and they will no longer get business from myself, friends or family. I’m sure the company could care less due to their lack of knowledge on customer service.
Used their services for my home, and I was extremely satisfied, the workers are friendly and the prices are more than fair.
No called and no showed and then would not answer their phone. This happened 2 times. After telling my husband they would be there and him leaving a family birthday party. We sat around 2 times waiting and they just dont show up. They have 0 customer service skills and just frankly dont care.
