I am very pleased with the new water softener I purchased from Douglas Water. I really liked how great they were at responding to my request, walking us through all my options regardless if we went with them or not and communicating with me all through the entire process. They really know their business and are very good at educating their customers.The installation process was impressive. The tech took extreme care with how he treated me, my property, and my health. He answered all my questions, stepped me through the process of how to operate the unit and left me feeling really good that I went with Douglas Water.
The salesman that came out was very professional. We went with a RO system for our sink and fridge. We also had a softener fixed with some minor repairs. The techs that came out were very respectable and professional. We had a few other softener companies give us prices, but Douglas's professionalism, price and promptness made us choose them. I would go with this company again and highly recommend.
