Company provides quotes, takes a deposit and then tries to upsell the quote at a later date! Long story short, we got a quote and liked it and let the company know we wanted to do business, but the company never got back to us after a couple weeks. We ended up calling them and were told that we would have to give a 500 deposit and they would then call us to schedule the service. The deposit was made, but no one called to schedule the service. We called a week later and was told by one secretary that they saw the deposit but nothing had been scheduled, which she found odd. She took our # and said she would call back. No one called for 5 hours, so we called back again and another secretary became very rude, stating that all the repair people were out of the office on vacation, and we should be \patient\. She then stated that the quote they gave us was too low according to the worker and stated that the work would need to be requoted, even though they already took a deposit. They scheduled a day for someone to cone out to requote, and no surprise, no one came out. We ended up canceling the service and luckily had or deposit refunded without incident, but the whole process with this company was a mess.

Man, what a fantastic company! They were quick and attentive. They also don't charge you just for the sake of charging you (something I have dealt with from some other companies). Bill was great! We will definitely be calling them again for any of our chimney service needs.
Great service all around! Love supporting local businesses. This is local to my home in Waterford and very helpful and knowledgeable. The office made me feel comfortable and affordable to have my chimney swept.
This place provides excellent service. I had my chimney cleaned, my air ducts cleaned, and some masonry work done on my chimney. I was happy with the quality of work for each job, and they always showed up as scheduled and were very friendly. Thanks Mr. Sweep!
