Misty was super helpful with anything and everything I needed, and very informative on each question I had. She seems to know a lot about the different movies available there, and was able to offer up some really good advice on some things. I love Family Video, I go there every time I wanna watch or play something new. I've not once had a single issue with any of the staff, or cleanliness of the place. Everything was pretty stocked, and all where it was supposed to be. I can't wait til my next visit.

This is a good spot, well one of the last (in town) standing "movie rental" stores that you can actually walk into and pick out the movie of your choice, candy, popcorn, and even purchase select movies via. disc and/or digital copy. The prices were definitely reasonable and upon opening an account I received several coupons as a bonus (including free rentals from select categories)! A little outdated but if you're looking for that hands on experience, it's ok!
Wide variety, friendly service, conveniently located. Good prices. The store has great deals for first time people who join. They have me a rental for a buck for 3 days. It's very clean and their service is fast.
Best location. If you want the old blockbuster feeling of going in, being greeted and having someone knowledgeable about movies this is the best place to go no complaints ever and they have alot of movies

I worked for Family Video in the past, different location though. I was an Assistant Manager and this location is hit or miss. Sometimes, you get an associate who likes talking about movies and gives good suggestions.. Other times, you really feel like they are rushing you out the door when they don't even close for several more hours. I like their selection of older movies and store is always clean, but could improve on employees.
Pretty typical Family video location nothing extra special about it. The clerk was nice, the line went a little slow but there was 6 customers to the 2 clerks. I appreciated the 50% off of all rentals for the first month as it allowed me to rent whole series of shows/movies to watch very cheaply.
Sad that it's closing ️ but with the technology these days being able to stream videos pretty much anywhere you are is definitely a downfall for video stores. Bummer
