Seems to be a much different climate when the owner is there. Better. I noted a bit of indifference in a couple of employees and 2 exceptional ones as well Stock is poor and dwindling.very clean. Overall 4 out of five.

Ordered a Civivi Elementum from the website a couple weeks ago and had a great experience with the transaction. I called ahead to make sure the knife was in stock before ordering because the knife is in high demand and sold out everywhere. The gentleman I talked to on the phone physically went and checked to make sure it was in stock for me. Shipping was really quick as well! I'll definitely be ordering more knives from here in the near future.

Ordered a Civivi Elementum. Knife was shipped and received very quickly. However, after receiving the knife i noticed that the knife was defective with a visible warp in the blade. This defect was likely due to manufacturing error, so reached out to knife-hub to address this issue but was never followed up with. Very poor customer service.

In world where customer service is taken for granted and lacking these guys truly understand how to make a great customer experience. I’m a pretty picky customer but these guys obliged my silly requests when no one else would and made a loyal customer out of me. Before you buy your next knife check here first! I ordered one of the Mystery Boxes last week and was very pleased with the purchase. Not only did I recieve a knife that was worth more than I paid for the Mystery Box, I also received a very nice S&W ball cap. If this kind of offer pops up again I will have a hard time passing it up.
