I don't write reviews too often, but felt like Motor City received a huge high five for an outstanding job on the sale and delivery of our new hot tub! Finding a hot tub during the pandemic is no easy task. Many dealers don't have any inventory, and to order one takes 6-9 months or more. But Motor City has a ton of hot tubs in stock, seemed like at least 100 to choose from! From the first walk in the door, to the well-trained sales staff who were patient with lots of questions, to the white glove delivery and setup, this is a first-class operation. Thanks to Scott, Joe, and the rest of the team for exceeding my expectations!

I would recommend Motor City Hot Tubs as a great place to buy a hot tub! We had a great experience from start to finish. Our salesmen walked us through the showroom and we ended up making the perfect choice in one visit with a “Coast Spa Cascade II”. Andrew, Jake and Dave delivered and installed our hot tub flawlessly. The install was neat, no damage to my property, and they gave me a great tutorial on how to startup and begin using the spa.
Great staff. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and interested in satisfying consumers questions and finding the right hot tub for them. Cares about customer satisfaction. Just got our hot tub. Some minor concerns initially, but addressed right away. Motor city does back their products, making you feel confident with a purchase from them. Loving our hot tub!
Nice staff! Very helpful. Knowledgeable about their products. Coast was the nicest hot tub we found. Installation crew was great! Very pleased with the whole experience. We did have to wait several months to get our tub, but it was worth the wait and we got to order exactly what we wanted.
