I wish I could come to this urgent care but it is much further than Lake Orion's for me! The lady who answers the phone when it carries over to this location is such a sweetheart, compassionate and sympathetic. I do not get the same treatment at the Lake Orion location and it's like they dread answering the phone there. If I wasn't so far I'd be coming to this location for care- tempted as it is - it just might be worth the drive! In the medical profession, being compassionate and kind should be common sense. Nobody and I mean NOBODY - no matter the circumstance - wants to deal with rude, short and annoyed administrative staff. You're the person people see and speak to first. You set the whole tone for the visit... The woman at this location does a fabulous job though and really makes you comfortable and hears your concerns out.

Been here twice now with my significant other and both times we went we had a good experience. The staff seemed to genuinely care whilst also being laid back enough that the experience was very comfortable. Almost like talking to a friend about things going on. I'm not sure what others peoples issues with this place are but I have zero complaints. Probably just a bunch of entitled impatient people that forget that the nurses and doctors are people too.

I went to Urgent Care on Labor Day Sept 2020. The Covid-19 protections in place are excellent! Location was very clean, well laid out for social distancing. The staff is very experienced, very courteous, very thorough. I had to wait for a little while as a more serious urgent care emergency was ahead of me. That is totally fine with me. The purpose of Urgent Care is to help those in life threatening urgent need. My need was-not life threatening. Waiting as needed is no problem at all. Trinity Health's St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital and its Doctors are my choice for \Remarkable Medicine. Remarkable Care.\ They are the best in the Tri-County area. I would not go anywhere else! Thanks St. Joes for all you do in Michigan.

Quick and easy pre-employment physical. Staff friendly. As a nurse, I am impressed with their clinic, services and capabilities. I would definitely use them as an urgent care if ever needed.
