Not a fan. Was promised a test drive twice but management was on vacation both times . You hiring ? And I live down the street from the manager.. Glad you screwed me. Your not invited to my BBQs. This is the first time I have used this company and I have to say, they are top notch! David was so wonderful in how he explained everything and so patient. We were originally told they would be able to look at it in about 10-14 days, but the next day David had called and they were already caring for my boat! Had it back in less than 10 days 100% fixed and ready to go! I highly recommend this place and I know I wont ever need to look for someplace else if anything happens to my boat in the future! Thank you David and everyone at Wonderland Marine!!

Walked in shopping for pontoon boats with my girlfriend who is 7.5 months pregnant and not one person had a mask on. Staff had no clue of inventory, boats were junk, do yourself a favor and go next door to Wilson Marine so you don't have to deal with inconsiderate idiots

Wonderland Marina West is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever delt with Dave the manager and Chris the service writer are terrible and extremely difficult to work with very unprofessional returned my boat extremely dirty full of ants they broke the trolling motor. .. They said they would have my boat in for repair for approximately 10 days 1 month after dropping it off after numerous phone calls that were not returned to me I finally received my boat.. I took my boat out after paying 1200 to realize my trolling motor was broken the sensor for the trim that I paid to have fixed was not working the boat smokes like an old man with a badd problem.. They also never safety check my boat when I left to make sure it was properly hooked up and felt the need to insult me and say some very rude comments that I won't repeat on my way out the door I would absolutely say it was the worst experience by far I have ever had dealing with an establishment and recommend anybody to steer clear of this nightmare
