Bus Stop Productions does absolutely amazing work. The staff is very friendly and fun to work with. Eric takes amazing photographs and his other staff do an awesome job of putting together a wedding video. I've known Eric for years. I met some of his other staff the weekend of our wedding, but felt like I'd known them for years. Our photos were absolutely gorgeous and our wedding video captured portions of the whole day ranging from getting ready, the first look, pictures, the ceremony, the ride to the reception, the reception, the speeches, the cake cutting, our first dance, and interviewed some of the family and wedding party and provided us with congratulations and well wishes. It was everything I wanted and more. They used the songs we had picked out for our video. Our wedding was three years ago, and every time I look back at our photos and watch our video, I feel like I am reliving the day like it was yesterday. I 100 percent recommend Eric Benson and Bus Stop Productions. Eric not only photographed our wedding, but he also did our engagement photos, pregnancy announcement, was going to do our maternity pictures except I went into preterm labor and had our daughter before we could get them done, and then he took newborn photos of our daughter.

I loved my experience with Bus-Stop Productions and especially Eric! I met with them twice before my video shoot and both meetings were very professional and comfortable at the same time. I was looking for something different than the stuffy traditional business promotional videos and Bus-Stop Productions knew exactly what I was looking for. Bus-Stop Productions was recommended by my website designer Dusty and they did not disappoint. They have an expansive knowledge of online promotions and business needs and explained the steps for me as they filmed for my business. After booking I began noticing Bus-Stop Productions at a few events around Waterloo and Cedar Falls and was impressed, as well as excited for my business filming, as I was confident I found the right match for my business. Eric was perfect! He came early to learn about my business and sat down with me to have a conversation of what I was looking for and the goals of my online video. I felt he had my business’s best interest when he left that day. On the day of the shoot the introductions to him and his staff were smooth, he explained the layout for the shoot and encouraged any questions I may have to ask and they would be happy to answer them for me. One thing I was very happy to hear was they suggested that if I wanted any changes to speak up because they wanted to make sure the customer (me) was happy. The shoot was a wonderful experience and I have to say didn’t feel like we were working at all. When they finished I met at their office and they played back my business video that was far better than I imagined it would be. They delivered a quality product that exceeded my expectations and since I have posted on my website has drawn clients to business. I am so happy I hired Bus-Stop Productions to do my business video and would recommend them to any business looking to improve their marketing.
