I picked up a tiller and the service was great. They knew a lot about the machine and how it would work for me. They talked about breaking it in and went over maintenance. They actually wanted my business and thanked me for coming in. Hard to find a shop as professional and friendly as this one. Might go back and buy a chainsaw if my wife let's me. Take time to shop here and enjoy the experience.

The day the derecho hit Cedar Rapids I went to The Sled Shed to get a chainsaw. With all of the power being out they were still able to send me with a saw, despite not being able to take my payment directly. That saw cleared countless trees around Cedar Rapids in the following week. Top Class service from those guys- meeting the needs of our community. Can't imagine doing business anywhere else. Excellent customer service, caring staff. Highly recommended.
Just moved to the area and I was in the market for a snowblower. Someone suggested to me the Sled Shed and I'm glad they did. The employees were very helpful and professional; and my Ariens Snowblower came in very handy during the 1st major snowfall of the year. I'm glad I shopped local and I am very impressed with the Wisconsin made Ariens Snowblower. The Sled Shed will continue to get my business.
