What an awful pharmacy and store (ignorant when dropping off fedex). The pharmacy cannot get prescriptions correct and the staff is rude and the opposite of helpful.
My daughter went to fill a prescription that she has filled every 3 months. She went to pick up her prescription and they told her that her card was \expired\. I called to ask why, because I know it was not. They said I should have received ew\ cards at the beginning of the year, but I know I didn't and nothing changed, since everything has been the same for 10 years. After calling the insurance co. and the prescription part of our insurance, they said the same thing, nothing had changed and there was absolutely no reason my daughter should have paid for that prescription. This is NOT the first issue we have had with this pharmacy. They are RUDE, and we have had issues with them many times. This is the LAST time. If you want rude people, that can't do their jobs correctly and then blame the customer, go here. We will be going to CVS from now on.
