Well, 3 years ago i would say it was a good honest place (Well when i bought a scuba tank worth 350 anyway). My scuba tank is only used for filling air tanks for paint ball, therefore by law i am not required for a visual test on the tank. The first 3 years i was NOT asked for the test and i would sign a waiver stating the tank was not being submersed. All of a suddon this year the visual test is Forced on me. 10 is what they are fighting for with a loyal customer...... well im not a customer anymore.
