Tom diagnosed and repaired my Vox guitar amp after it went silent. He replaced capacitors and resistors, bringing the amp back to life. Plus, Tom had a short wait time, reasonable rates and a truly great sense of humor! If it can be fixed, Tom has the expertise to do it. Thanks so much!

Excellent shop, brought in a tube guitar amp with a difficult problem to diagnose. Tom is very knowledgeable and customer oriented, and prices are reasonable. Can't find a better shop in the Boston area!
