My insurance company contracted Doss & Assc. to do the appraisal on my car after it was damaged by hail on 6/3. It has been 20 days and I still do not have an appointment for the appraisal. I have called several times and only once spoke to an actual person. He said he was the owner of the company and would have someone call me right away. That was almost 2 weeks ago. My husband called them today and was told that claim had been cancelled. Called my insurance and they said that it was not. I already have an appointment with another company after just a few minutes on the phone with my insurance and have already told several friends to avoid doing business with Doss & Assc. Chasing after them has been an absolute waste of my time.
