A great place to buy a car. We recently bought our second car from Lexus Watertown and the service was excellent as before. Our salesperson was Miguel and I would highly recommend him; he was easy to communicate with, professional, very quick with getting things done and bringing cars around to test drive, and listened to us. The prices are competitive and they have a really nice show room and selection. We're really excited about our new (used) car and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My expectations have been exceeded thus far at Lexus Watertown! From start to finish, my sales and leasing consultant Byron Kamande went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered. He spent extra time to explain the technology and how to use many of the features of my vehicle which was super helpful. Overall I was impressed by how relaxed and low-pressure the entire sales process was.I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Lexus. And ask for Byron...he's amazing! PS: the business/financial manager was also great..but I can't remember his name.
Leon Barnes is the best. This was my first experience with Leon as my former salesperson retired since my last lease agreement closing. Leon took over and created a new contract and got me out the door in under an hour with him and Alex doing much of the paperwork ahead of time. Great, seamless, experience. This is a rarity in the automobile vertical.
I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Lexus of Watertown the last 20 years. They are the best Lexus dealership in the Massachusetts area. Everyone is very professional and easy to work with. They really went above and beyond to make my life easier at the end of lease of my last vehicle. Recently, I brought a new 2021 IS from William Giron. William is the best sales professional I have ever worked with. I met him last April during pandemic. As a 20 years repeat customer, I really had a hard time to select a Lexus that worked for me in 2020. William and his manager recommended me to wait for the 2021 IS. I am very impressed that William remembered all the details we spoke about. He emailed me an invite and details on 2021 IS launch in June. He also kept me in touch on the new vehicle arrival late October/early November. I felt extremely lucky to be the first one to test drive the 2021 IS, and I ordered one with him that day. I had to wait for the new IS to be built, shipped and trucked to Massachusetts. William kept me informed during the entire process. He also went above and beyond to assist me on his day off. He coordinated with every department at Lexus of Watertown to expedite the paperwork process when my new car arrived so I could pick it up right away. I greatly appreciated his restless effort. William raised the bar for providing great customer service. I highly recommend everyone to work with William when getting a Lexus.
This was my first time buying a car and had decided I wanted a Lexus. I was worried about the car buying process and had gone to several dealerships. I loved the customer service at Lexus of Watertown and their transparency through the process. William Giron made everything simple from start to finish. I hadn't decided between the 450 or the 350 and he explained and compared both models to me. Before going out on a test drive as well, William took the time to show me all of the features in the car. Finally at the end of the week when I decided to purchase the case William was available even after hours. When I arrived to finalize my purchase on Saturday, we walked in and he had all of the paperwork ready to go. I could not be happier with my car and the entire process. Thank you Lexus of Watertown and William for my beautiful Lexus RX450 ! I love my new car!
