If you are looking for a studio with a strong community, this is it! Recently finished my Yoga Teacher training and it was an experience of a lifetime The teachers are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The classes are diverse and exceptional. Highly recommend! It has become my OM away from HOME! Thank you Om staff for making me feel so welcome!

I have been going to the Om Center for a few years now and have always left in a better place, both mentally and physically. I would have to say that the Om Center for Yoga & Massage is the best in CT. I have been considering enrolling in the Teacher Training School they offer. All the staff that I have meet at the studio have been courteous, caring and considerate. It is a great place for anyone interested in yoga, from beginner to advanced. I would highly recommend the center.

I have been practicing yoga at the Om Center for over a year now and I absolutely love it there! I like the variety of classes and teachers that are offered. I would highly recommend the Om Center to anyone. The massages are fantastic and with the addition of the Buddha Bistro, now I can even eat there!
