I recently spoke with Diane at Tufts Preferred plans for 2021. She was excellent, explaining all my options. She didn’t push more expensive plans. We went over several options for 2021. I’ve been with quite a few health providers over the years. I believe Tufts is the best I had. I’m very surprised to see all the negative reviews. I know lots of my friends use Tufts too...Keep up the great job Diane...
Worst insurance EVER! it’s been many times I have done some labs, But the insurance pays just NOTHING even though those labs are in my coverage, I have called the lab and they said the insurance is not doing the paperwork correctly to pay the bills, when I call insurance they just say there is nothing they can do even when they’re not doing their job; I have spend HOURS trying to solve this problems. Please people do not enroll here, you will certainly regret it. I’d give a 0 stars if I could
They’re denying mental health services to my dad which is in desperate need of them . They’re trying to charge 500 just to see a therapist and to top it off they pay only 20% of my dads heart failure medication. There’s nothing more to say then to just STAY AWAY FROM TUFTS
I just called and spoke to a manager to request why my new health plan rate went up 98 a month for 2021 and she could careless and offered no explanation why i would be paying an additional 1200 a year. I will never use Tufts Health Plan again and will be cancelling all my accounts with them next month.
