I had the most wonderful experience i’ve ever had with any driving company, Yvonne was really sweet and caring & made sure i was taken care of or was going to be taken care of when i went to the ER. i also left my birth certificate folder in there and she brought it right back to me . answered all my calls as well & was super sweet . i will be using Shuttle Express again !

Yvonne is I think the best taxi driver I have ever had to call. We had to call her at 4am, we were broke down on the side of the road, and she was amazing.

I was told i would be picked up at a certain time and no one ever came. I then tried calling to see maybe if there was some confusion but i kept getting hung up on.
