Syndicate energy is an awesome company to work for. A lot of places for advancement in the company and great pay too. If there’s ever anything that an employee feels should be different or something that should be fixed as long as it is told to management they will make it happen. Can’t ask for a better group of people to work with.

Truly a company that takes care of their people. They have high standards and expect the same of their employees. Pay and benefits are great, good schedule, and lots of potential for growth. Would definitely recommend this company to friends.
Great company! High standards which sometimes can wear a person out. Only certain people can fit in to this company hence the negative reviews. All in all liked working for the company. Managment really tries to help out the guys. Even had charity raffles when tragic events happened to some employees.
Great company to work for. Takes care of all employees necessities. Very communication oriented. Great pay and great benifits as well.
